Overview
At Cauldron AI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights under UK consumer laws regarding refunds for one-time software purchases.
Your Right to a Refund
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may be entitled to a refund under the following conditions:
- Faulty or Misrepresented Software – If the software is defective, does not function as advertised, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same software more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Technical Incompatibility – If the software is not compatible with your system, despite meeting the stated system requirements, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Exclusions
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind – Once the software has been downloaded or activated, we cannot provide refunds simply because you no longer want it.
- User Error – If the software is purchased for an incompatible system without checking the stated requirements, we are not liable for a refund.
- Third-Party Issues – We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, such as payment processors or external software conflicts.
